Sustainable entrepreneurship is strategic investing that generates both social progress and financial returns. Today, sustainable ventures are no longer at the fringe of the business world. An increasing number of companies are applying the tools of business and finance to socially relevant issues. This report examines the implications of sustainability on business corporations and on the body of law that governs them.
