Shift in U.S. Policy on Climate Change Opens a New Era for Business

It's no longer business as usual when it comes to climate change. A significant change of direction for U.S. regulatory policy on the issue will eventually affect all of business. The EPA's Proposed Mandatory Greenhouse Gas Reporting Rule targets certain industrial sectors and fuel suppliers that are direct producers of GHGs. But there also will be indirect consequences over time for others.
