Speaking with Authority—the Case for Teaching English Language Proficiency on the Job

Besides improving communication skills, language training can increase inclusion, productivity, safety conditions, and employee satisfaction. Workers in non-English speaking countries who learn English can increase business vocabulary and facilitate understanding in the global business environment. Most companies consider multi-lingual employees an asset.
