For the third year in a row, mid-market respondents to The Conference Board's annual survey of top executives have selected sustained and steady top-line growth as their number one challenge. Mid-market CEOs participating in the 2007 edition of the survey also indicate increased concern about execution, ranking excellence in execution and consistent execution of strategy by top management as their second and third greatest concerns.
