Attracting a diverse workforce and achieving true equality for all may require treating people differently. To build a diverse workforce that reflects the diversity of their customer base, companies are making flexibility and inclusiveness key tents of their recruiting practice and corporate cultures. Two case studies provide examples of how corporations can implement innovative talent recruitment and retention practices, demonstrating their commitment to diversity. A set of ten questions is provided, allowing companies to assess their own readiness for building a world-class workforce.
