Moving the World - A Case Study in CSR Partnership

Using TNT’s experience in teaming up with the U.N. World Food Program (WFP), this  report examines the critical steps in building a successful corporate social responsibility (CSR) partnership, including selecting a project focus and partner, integrating the partnership into operations, and overcoming the challenges of sustaining momentum across an organization. In addition to doing good, TNT management believes the benefits of its partnership with WFP include enhanced goodwill; positive publicity; greater employee morale, leading to greater job satisfaction and improved performance; and knowledge and experience gained through working with WFP.
