Respondents to The Conference Board 2025 Job Satisfaction survey fielded in January indicate substantially higher job satisfaction than in our last survey in November 2023, continuing an upward trend that began in 2011. Job satisfaction in 2025 represents the highest level recorded since this survey series began in 1987.
