In August 2024, The Conference Board convened a panel of experts for a Member roundtable titled “Future-Proofing Your DE&I Strategy: Proactive Scenario Planning for Potential Legislative and Election Changes.” Speakers emphasized the need for leaders to develop diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) strategies in advance of the election, allowing their organizations to adapt in the face of potentially significant changes.
