Employees Are Central to a Skills-Based Talent Strategy

Elevating the employee experience, personalizing learning, and creating targeted career growth opportunities are key drivers of a skills-based strategy.

In our recent report, Agility and Innovation Are Fueled by a Skills-Based Talent Strategy, human capital leaders describe how they are exploring and implementing skills-driven talent strategies. They share the value, benefits, and challenges of adopting these solutions, primarily from an organization perspective. But what about the value for the employee? In this follow-up report, we share additional findings from our original study, and data from another survey of US workers. The results show how critical it is for employees to adopt skills-driven solutions and for organizations to specify the value proposition necessary for that engagement.
