Barbara Galli has consulted with organizations since 1980 on topics of talent and team development, hiring right-fit candidates and improving team and individual performance. Her clients range from agribusiness to entertainment and technology and include Hewlett Packard, Disney, Sun Microsystems, Elkem Metals, Allstate, and Oracle. Additionally, she was both a director and trainer of sales and marketing for world-wide audiences. Most recently Barbara conducted research for The Conference Board’s Growing Talent for Succession Research Working Group, and authored both the GTFS Playbook and Executive Action Report.
