“There is no greater threat to businesses than cyber attacks.” These disheartening words come from SEC Commissioner Robert Jackson. Cyber attacks evolve and shift, making it hard for boards to understand this elusive risk and to ask management the right questions. How can directors and C-suite executives carry out their cybersecurity risk oversight responsibilities effectively? Don’t hesitate to reach out if you’d like to be involved!

Read the report for other surprising insights.
