In previous newsletters, I’ve shared with you new research from The Conference Board on employer approaches to an intergenerational workforce. One example is the 2017 report Turning Silver into Gold, on how companies can better leverage the skills and talents of their older workers. You can access this research at any time through the Diversity and Inclusion Center webpage.
This month, I’ve returned to the theme of age at work and have curated commentary and insights from The Conference Board staff and others in our network, which I hope will be of interest to you. Scroll down to register for our July webcast on age at work and to read about: a new approach to professional development for millennials; the vital role of women aged 55-64 in the US labor market; and a global survey of the age-related aspirations and values of 18,000 professionals and students from 19 countries.
