It’s spring and thoughts turn to renewal and growth. That’s as true for humans as it is for the earth. I recently attended the 16th annual Executive Coaching Conference in NYC and truly enjoyed the opportunity to hear from Daniel Goleman about the need for leaders not only to be emotionally intelligent but also to have a coaching mindset so that we can help those on our teams develop and grow. Just like everything else on the planet, people need the right environment to thrive; as leaders, we must create a work environment where people can grow into their best selves. This standing-room-only audience was the first group to receive the executive summary of our brand new bi-annual Executive Coaching report, a project led by Dr. Amy Abel in partnership with executives from our Executive Coaching Council. This partnership has been a great one for over ten years. Follow this link to get a sneak peak…and here’s to a thriving year for you and your team.
