Human Capital Center Newsletter (Europe) - May 2019

Welcome to the May edition of the European Human Capital Center newsletter.

To get started, I would like to share an insight from our new report on Total Talent Mobility: Strategic Purposes, Barriers, and Best Practices.

In one study, over half of the surveyed companies and 74 percent of low-performing organizations admitted that talent hoarding was the leading obstacle to talent mobility.

This report will provide you with an outline of the 10 strategic purposes of total talent mobility, the primary barrier(s) to each purpose, and the best practices to alleviate those challenges.

Beginning this month, is the first of a six-part webcast series designed to complement our Future of Work research collaboration report. This series brings together leading HR practitioners from Europe and Asia to discuss how the employee lifecycle is evolving and how technology is enabling a more employee-centric approach. You can register for the first episode The Future of Talent Attraction, or the entire series here.
