As organizations across Asia begin to recognize the value of cognitive diversity in driving innovation, empathy, and performance, conversations about importance of neurodivergent talent have emerged in inclusion agendas. This report explores lived experiences of neurodivergent employees in Asia and case studies of four leading organizations that are advancing neuroinclusion in their high-performing workplaces.
