The Evolution of D&I Management: Current Trends in an Era of Globalization

Exploring the current state of diversity and inclusion and identifying both emerging trends and innovative next practices, this report highlights the results of interviews with over 30 D&I practitioners and thought leaders. It also elaborates on the evolution of the D&I field to provide both historical context for our findings and to allow for comparisons across phases. Key findings include implementing behavioral interventions to address unconscious bias, exploring the intersection of D&I and innovation, using analytics to measure D&I progress, and finding new ways of working with collaboration and technology.
