We all know that Innovation is essential, but few of us think we’re doing it right.
Creating new business models because of disruptive technologies is the number-two hot button issue for executives in 2018, right behind failure to attract/retain top talent. The need for meaningful innovation has never been higher, yet fewer than one in 10 respondents to The C-Suite Challenge™ 2018 say they are “extremely satisfied” with their organization’s ability to innovate. This underscores the sense of urgency organizations feel about improving innovation capabilities and culture.
How will leaders make those improvements? By creating a culture that supports innovation and holding leaders accountable for that culture.
