As we are in the middle of the summer season, I’d like to let you know about three exciting events which The Conference Board will bring this fall at our home base in New York. What these three events have in common is that they build on The Conference Board research program. Business leaders will bring the research insights to life by sharing their experiences with participants.
On 2-3 Octoberwe will hold our Future-Ready Organization Conference. This new international conference is the official event of our annual C-Suite Challenge™ Survey, which for 2019 is focused on how business leaders are making their organizations future-proof by balancing long-term vision with the agility to prosper in the tumultuous present. Join us to attend as many as 11 panels filled with senior business leaders, many from the C-Suites of leading organizations.
On 16 October, our latest labor market research will be featured at a one-day seminar on The Challenges and Solutions to Labor Shortages at our headquarters in New York. Various speakers will address how companies are, or should be, dealing with those challenges, and what approaches work. We'll also address how policy makers can facilitate solutions.
Finally, on 10-11 December, The Conference Board will hold its annual Innovation Summit, also in New York. This year’s event will focus on two key challenges to innovation: How to create a culture/environment in which innovation can flourish? And how to utilize metrics to reveal innovation opportunities and likelihood of success? For some of our latest research, please visit the webpage of our Innovation & Digital Transformation Institute.
I hope you will have an opportunity to attend one or more of those events or point them out to colleagues in your organization.
