Financial Storytelling: Your Role in Driving Value

In today’s complex financial landscape, companies need clear, compelling narratives for analysts, investors, and boards. CMOs and CCOs have unique storytelling skills—but are often under-utilized by their CFO. What is limiting your contribution and how can you elevate your company’s financial storytelling—and in the process, enhance your standing with your CEO, CFO and Board?

Join our 45-minute roundtable on July 16, 12:00-12:45pm ET to learn about The Conference Board’s latest research on this topic, and to discuss the following questions with your peers:

  • When it comes to financial storytelling, what role have you/your team played in crafting narratives for analysts, investors and boards?
  • How can you more fully support your CFO as they prepare critical materials? (e.g., analyst calls, board presentations, annual reports)
  • How might you become more impactful in financial storytelling?

We invite members of the Marketing & Communications Center to register here for this confidential, 45-minute virtual roundtable. While some members may kick off the conversation, we encourage everyone to participate in the conversation with verbal or written chat comments. This event follows the Chatham House Rule to promote open discussion without attributing remarks to specific people or companies.

Register above to join the conversation. Contact Hannah Seewald (hseewald@tcb.org) with any questions.

Members of The Conference Board get exclusive access to the full range of products and services that deliver Trusted Insights for What's Ahead® including webcasts, publications, data and analysis, plus discounts to events.
