To Participate

This Roundtable is intended for CHROs, VPs, Directors, and Managers of Talent Management, Employee Engagement and Experience, Wellness/Well-Being leaders, Total Rewards leaders, and their direct reports.

Background

This Roundtable will focus on actionable insights around the role of leaders as coaches in promoting digital well-being as a strategic imperative for modern organizations, leaders, and teams. Based upon Dr. Anastascia Dedyukhina’s pioneering research around the neuroscience of digital distractions, along with findings from Kaspersky Lab on the concept of Digital Amnesia (2016), we will provide a holistic view of digital well-being, what it means, and how it can be actively cultivated through human-centered business practices, organizational learning initiatives, and targeted coaching strategies. For example, experts have noted the important role of learning and coaching interventions to help develop digital mindfulness and skill-building around digital habits.
