Summary
The Conference Board is holding a series of Chatham House Rule discussions on building your sustainability culture over the course of four sessions.
This kick-off meeting, 99 executives from 73 member companies discussed (I) what it means by building a sustainabilty culture, (II) the elements of a succesfful corporate culture in general, (III) the key obstacles and accelerants in developing such a culture, and (IV) the main opportunities and risks in having such a culture.
Participating in a Working Group session is an exclusive benefit for our Governance & Sustainability Center Members. As with our other Working Groups and Roundtable discussions, this session was held under the Chatham House Rule to provide a forum for a truly candid and constructive conversation.
