Held under the Chatham House Rule, this Roundtable will focus on how companies are approaching diversity in the aftermath of the Supreme Court’s decision in Students for Fair Admissions, Inc and associated litigation and legal/reputational risks.

We will discuss how, if at all, companies are adjusting their approach to diversity – including the way it is reflected in policies, programs, and communications – in the workplace (e.g., board and employee recruitment, employee promotion and training, and employee resource groups), marketplace (e.g., supplier diversity programs, supply chain product and service innovation), and public space (e.g., corporate citizenship and philanthropy, public statements, corporate lobbying and political contributions).

Members of The Conference Board get exclusive access to the full range of products and services that deliver Trusted Insights for What's Ahead® including webcasts, publications, data and analysis, plus discounts to events.
