  • Mix of face-to-face and virtual meetings
  • Getting the most out of your time with Learning coach

 One of the 2 following web sessions will be replaced by a session on D&I in India

Webcast 2:

  • Follow-up on the Nudges session
  • Follow-up on progess on your action plan
  • What you have learned with your learning coach
  • Progress on your project

Webcast 3:

  • Follow-up on learning coach experience and progress on your action plan and project
  • Discussion on how you want to maintain your network
