This Council is designed for advancing DEI operations to improve and sustain bottom-line DEI results: optimize leader effectiveness, accelerate DEI traction, explore proven practices, apply high-quality, leading-edge content to deliver results.

 

The focus of this council is in translating the DEI Vision into multifaceted practices, initiatives and tactics that deliver business-linked DEI results. This council is all about operationalizing the DEI Strategy to support you and your organization to achieve its priority goals and to truly contribute to the development of society.

 

If you report to the organization's Senior most DEI Executive in the Organization.

If you already have a solid foundation in DEI practice and implementation. 

If you seek to Focus on DEI operations + practices that improve and sustain bottom line DEI results.

If you are the overall operational lead for DEI to carry out initiatives supporting DEI strategic plan.

If you have at least 2 years leading DEI operations.

As one of the founding members of the Workforce Council on Diversity in 1993 I have witnessed The Conference Board transition from an organization that was learning about diversity and inclusion to one that considers these concepts an integral part of their identity and brand.

Although I have found the most enrichment and professional growth from being a part of my Council, I have also had the benefit if being able to exchange ideas and information with leaders from all of these teams through The Conference  Board diversity conferences and workshops throughout the year. When the new Chief Diversity Officer for The Conference Board is in place, I look forward to seeing us take things to a whole new global level of thought leadership and dialogue.
