Organizations are continually seeking to improve their reward programs as a vital part of the company’s ability to deliver business success. But as the reward environment becomes more complex, keeping up with the latest thinking and with programs that deliver true value is a massive challenge. Progress grows more challenging as companies operate in an increasingly global environment, change their structure, attract new employee cohorts, enter new markets, acquire new businesses, and assign more employees between countries. Additionally, legislation and social pressures related to reward are becoming prevalent.
The Council brings together total reward senior executives, most of whom have a remit extending beyond Europe. It provides members with an opportunity to discuss the most pressing issues on their agendas, exchange views, widen their perspectives, and share their experiences and best practices.
Who should join?
Members will be compensation and benefits executives. Members have global and EMEA remits and represent multinational companies across different industries.
