The mission of the Council is to provide its members, who are leaders in the areas of talent management, leadership development and organization effectiveness, with a forum for sharing best practices and actionable ideas. Participation enables members to accelerate change, enhance business performance and improve results in their companies. In particular, members review the structures and processes that are emerging as companies attempt to integrate activities such as change management, culture transformation, succession management, sourcing and recruiting, developing and deploying talent, engaging, rewarding and retaining top talent, performance management, workforce planning and development, organization capability and design.
Requirements for Membership:
Members will be comprised of senior executives from private sector companies and major regional and national public sector organizations with overall responsibility for Learning, OD/OE, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organizational Capability/Culture or equivalent activities within their organization.
