This can only be achieved through a holistic approach to designing and sustaining organizations. This all-day workshop will introduce a series of practical tools that are used by organizations of all sizes to guide effective organization design. Through hands-on exercises and interactive case studies participants will engage in learning about the tools, and hear real-life stories of how companies have used them to enable successful transformation.
