2017 Performance Management Conference

Challenges and Innovations in Current Practices
NOVEMBER 14 - 15, 2017 | WESTIN NEW YORK AT TIMES SQUARE | NEW YORK, NY

November 14 - 15, 2017

About The Conference

The Performance Management Conference will explore the current state of Performance Management in companies today, as they are increasingly under pressure from the changing nature of the workforce and expectations of new entrants, as well as shifts towards creating engagement and learning cultures. Frequently, CEOs are also more literate with the prevailing trends in HR practices as well and expect their HR leaders to take proactive steps to apply new trends in their organizations.

As organizations take stock of the effectiveness of age-old approaches to manage performance and talent, they grapple with executing a new approach while delivering results, offering fair and comprehensive compensation packages, and investing in talent development. Recognized as a linchpin of all talent processes, the annual performance assessment fails to meet organizational or employee expectations, generating ongoing debate about the unintended consequences on employee engagement and on business results.

This conference will reconcile the needs of the organization for relevant processes that produce effective results and offer meaningful feedback to an increasingly intergenerational workforce at a rate and pace unseen in previous decades.
