If your organization shares this concern, then developing talent that can embrace constant change will be key to your future success. Today, there is more data than ever that supports coaching as a major contributor to creating a more agile workforce and organization.

About The Conference

AGENDA
MARCH 07 - 08, 2017
WESTIN NEW YORK AT TIMES SQUARE,NEW YORK, NY

March 06, 2017

The practice of coaching in organizations has come a long way over the past 30 years. We’ve moved from using coaching primarily as a remedial activity to “fix” ailing executives, to deploying coaching as an effective tool for developing people and nurturing the leadership capacity of organizations. As the world becomes more complex and fast-paced, the role of coaching in organizations is also evolving.

This dynamic and thought-provoking session explores both the present and potential future states of coaching. A number of trends will be explored such as: the need for coaches to become more flexible and specialized, the emergence of cost-effective coaching models that promise to bring coaching to more people across organizational levels, and the rise of artificial intelligence (AI) and apps which both complement and compete with coaching as a cost-effective alternative.

Participants will be able to:

  • Deepen their understanding of the current state of coaching practice in organizations
  • Experience a cutting-edge platform used to design and manage coaching programs
  • Learn about the latest trends emerging in the world of coaching
  • Determine how present and future trends impact their own coaching practice
