About This Conference

A Diversity event designed to make a difference. By diversity leaders for diversity leaders. By America’s leading business research organization for America’s business leaders. With four American and Global councils and over 20 years’ experience in the field this program distils the combined knowledge and experience of the nation’s top D&I experts.

This event will deliver a series of examples of D&I success from a wide range of organizations. It will focus on the knowledge D&I practitioners need to make a difference in their organizations. But it will also address the culture of organizations, identify and explore effective D&I practice and link these to the needs and results of the business.

But it’s not just about what you’ll learn but how you’ll learn.  We’ve consulted widely to ensure that your experience will be one of participation not observation.  You’ll be expected to roll up your sleeves and engage in some serious conversation. But there will also be time to sit back and be inspired by the success D&I leaders have achieved in organizations just like yours.
