  • Learn how to measure the impact and put a value on the ROI of coaching
  • Learn how organizations are leveraging internal coaching to address today’s business challenges
  • Attend a networking reception, participate in round table discussions and engage in dialogue with your peers
  • Take a deep dive into the latest neuroscience research and industry data around ‘connecting better’
  • Hear about the impact team coaching has on executive teams
  • Learn from companies who have strategically designed coaching practices of excellence

AGENDA
MARCH 10 - 11, 2016
WESTIN NEW YORK AT TIMES SQUARE,NEW YORK, NY

March 09, 2016

Competence leading in a global context is a must-have in today’s business environment. In a business environment that is more volatile, uncertain, and complex than ever before, organizations are challenged to deal with volatility of most major markets, the need for fast and efficient cross-cultural collaboration, innovation on a global scale, and an unprecedented need to fill their leadership pipelines. These challenges and many others set the stage for heightened competition for globally adaptive senior executive talent.

This workshop will introduce Cambria’s Global Adaptivity™ framework, designed to help leaders identify the motivators and mindsets that lie at the heart of successful global leadership. The framework outlines five core characteristics that contribute to leaders’ success in a global context: Insatiable Curiosity, Sensible Fearlessness, Suspension of Judgment, Graceful Ease, and Global Mindset. This session is designed to help coaches and other talent development professionals.

Participants will:
• Gain a rich, personalized understanding of the Global Adaptivity™ framework
• Learn how to use the Global Adaptivity Profile to assess global Adaptivity and cross-cultural competence
• Deepen their perspectives on their own culture in the context of understanding other cultures
• Broaden their understanding of vertical development and its critical connection to global effectiveness
• Use the Globally Adaptive Leader Field Book to operationalize the framework and guide the development of global effectiveness

Participants will also be invited to take the Global Adaptivity Profile prior to attending for discussion in the workshop.
