AGENDA
12 - 13 APRIL, 2016
WESTIN NEW YORK AT TIMES SQUARE,NEW YORK, NY
11 April, 2016

It’s a given that leaders today face threats faster, and from more vectors than ever before. As a result, we want executives to be more agile, more strategic, more collaborative, more engaged and engaging – and we want it earlier in their careers than ever before. So, how does leadership development grow this kind of leader? Together, we will drill through that leadership challenge to develop actionable plans for each participant.

We are incorporating key themes that were apparent in our interviews with talent leaders, top operators, and board members from the Global Fortune 500. We plan to start the session with a deep exploration of leadership from a systems perspective. Specifically, we plan to look at leadership development as an overall system within an organization, as opposed to point solutions to develop a leader as an individual. Our main intention is to combine open discussions and group exercises that will lead to tangible take aways and specific actions you can implement.
