Still relatively young, the field of Diversity & Inclusion continues to evolve and define its place in the organizational landscape. It is often uneasily placed between agendas, stakeholders, and shifting realities. And, with priorities as diverse as the expectations placed on them, D&I practitioners at every level are under pressure to stay true and relevant, and to deliver measurable results.

The 19th Annual Corporate Diversity & Inclusion Conference represents an inflection point in the Diversity & Inclusion arena. We critically examine the reality of “doing D&I” and explore exciting opportunities to deliver strategic results by deliberately pursuing the transformative impact of a broadly conceived D&I agenda. The conference is built as a collaborative learning experience that is as relevant to the novice as to the experienced D&I leader. New insights, perspectives, and tools are brought to the table to accelerate progress and elevate our practice.

Benefits of participating:

  • Understand how to partner and unlock strategic results from D&I-driven culture change
  • Critically appraise opportunities for creating high performing organizations through strategically focused D&I practice
  • Align culture, talent, and business strategies for high performance
  • Understand how focus on inclusive leadership mind- and skill-sets leads to breakthrough results
  • Learn how to develop and implement successful global D&I initiatives
  • Hear the latest Conference Board research on how to optimize organization culture
  • Discuss emerging issues for D&I practitioners
  • Leverage D&I as an enabler and accelerant for globalization
  • Benchmark against leading organization
  • Network with D&I, talent and business leaders
  • Elevate your professional practice
Bring learning partners from your organization to collaborate on building cultural strategies that deliver results!
This conference is specifically designed for stakeholder teams — diversity, talent, and business leaders — to collaborate on building cultural strategies that deliver results.
