This interactive workshop will show you how to make human capital analytics (HCA) work in your organization, beginning with the need for a systematic approach with conservative standards and built on a framework that can provide data to a variety of stakeholders.  This methodology is being used by hundreds of organizations to ensure that human capital analytics adds value to an organization.  The framework uses six categories of data and is appropriate for the five types of HCA projects.
