Zoram Blancas-Ruiz is a data-driven leader with deep expertise in health productivity and applied analytics. Originally from Lima, Peru, he earned a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos before relocating to Portland, Maine. His bilingual fluency in Spanish and English quickly opened doors in the insurance sector, where he distinguished himself through sharp analytical thinking and a strong commitment to improving health and productivity programs. To deepen his technical capabilities, Zoram pursued a Master’s in Applied Analytics at Northeastern University.

At Prudential Financial, Zoram held multiple roles where he spearheaded initiatives aimed at optimizing health and productivity outcomes for clients across diverse industries. He played a pivotal role in transforming disability management programs by embedding analytics into operational workflows, enhancing reporting systems, and driving strategic insights. His work helped shape Prudential’s data-informed approach to workplace wellness, particularly amid the shifting dynamics of remote and hybrid work.

In January 2025, Zoram joined the Integrated Benefits Institute as Director of Benchmarking and Analytics, where he has been leading the organization’s platform transition project with a focus on transparency, usability, and data integrity.

Outside of work, Zoram is an avid pickleball player and a proud member of the Hearts of Pine USL League One professional soccer team’s music band, where he brings energy and rhythm as a trumpet player.
