Wendy Cheng

Wendy Cheng is a Member Engagement Manager with The Conference Board Human Capital Center, where she serves as a strategic partner to member organizations. She works closely with senior human resources leaders and their teams to understand their priorities and connect them with relevant research, subject matter experts, programming, and customized engagement opportunities.

Having worked with The Conference Board since 2015, Wendy serves as an internal advocate for the members she supports and collaborates across the organization to help them maximize the value of their membership. She also coordinates Expert Briefings, leadership conversations, onboarding sessions, and other tailored engagements designed to address members’ human capital challenges.

Prior to joining The Conference Board, Wendy worked in Gift Planning at an animal rights nonprofit in Norfolk, VA. She is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and is based in New York City.
