Victoria Lazar has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Trane Technologies plc since 2025. In this role, Victoria is responsible for global Trane Technologies legal and compliance activities.

Victoria has deep expertise in corporate governance, strategic transactions, ethics and compliance, enterprise risk management, sustainability matters, global operations and regulatory compliance and reporting. She has led high-performing teams in large, complex businesses within the energy, technology, aviation and industrial sectors.

Previously, Victoria served as executive vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary for TechnipFMC plc (NYSE: FTI), a global leader in energy projects and technologies, where she played a key role in the successful spin-off of Technip Energies. She also served as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of Bristow Group Inc. (NYSE: VTOL), during its successful emergence from Ch 11 restructuring. She previously held executive legal roles of increasing responsibility, over more than a decade each, at General Electric and Electronic Data Systems Corporation. She began her career in private practice at BakerBotts.

Victoria holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School and a bachelor’s degree in government from Cornell University. She currently serves as an independent director of Deep Ocean as well as several philanthropic and community organizations.
