Toshihiro Kazama is Vice President of Executive Compensation at Sony Corporation of America, where he leads the design and governance of executive pay programs across Sony entities. In this capacity, he supports the Sony Entertainment Compensation Committee, overseeing compensation strategy & practice for Sony Music Group, Sony Pictures Entertainment, and Sony Interactive Entertainment (PlayStation division).

Toshihiro brings a truly global perspective to his role, shaped by a career that spans Japan, the United Kingdom, and the United States. His international assignments have equipped him with a deep understanding of diverse business dynamics and cross-cultural leadership.

Prior to his current position, Toshihiro served as Deputy Head of Human Resources at Sony Interactive Entertainment in Tokyo, where he played a key role in talent strategy, organizational development, and HR transformation for one of Sony’s most innovative divisions.

With a strong foundation in both corporate governance and people strategy, Toshihiro collaborates closely with senior executives to ensure Sony’s compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with long-term business goals.
