Toni serves as Vice President of Total Rewards at Chobani. Joining Chobani in 2023, Toni is focused on enhancing the employee experience across Chobani’s manufacturing plants, cafes, and corporate offices—crafting a cohesive HR strategy and supporting a diverse workforce with comprehensive Compensation Rewards and Health & Wellness Benefit programs. Toni also oversees the People Technology and People Shared Services Functions at Chobani.   Toni is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience leading HR functions (Total Rewards, Operations, Risk Management, etc.) across multiple industries.  Before joining Chobani, Toni served in HR Executive roles with Payoneer, JPMorgan Chase, QlikTech and more.  Toni resides in Moorestown, New Jersey with her husband Michael and children Michael and Rose.
