Tom has spent over 15 years helping people and global organisations seize the opportunities, and navigate the challenges, brought about by the increasing pace of change in the world around us. His approach is focused on developing a deep understanding of the unique strategic context of the organisations that he works with and the implications this holds for culture and leadership.

Tom is driven by a core set of values: relentless curiosity, a relationship-first approach, a desire for constant refinement, and a focus on fun and exploration.

Prior to joining BTS, Tom was a consultant at Accenture, working in the financial services practice. Before that, he worked at the Strathclyde Business School as a researcher, and international business and management lecturer.

Industry expertise: Tom leads our Change & Transformation COE in Europe and has a particular focus on helping companies intentionally evolve culture in service of strategy.
