Tom is a Health & Benefits consultant in Willis Towers Watson’s Milwaukee, Wisconsin office. He has 26 years of experience in large group account management, strategy and leadership, including self-funded plan financials, benefits administration, communications and marketing.  He has worked with clients in various industries such as manufacturing, higher education, construction, health care, and retail.

Tom brings experience in account planning and management in the areas of

• Plan administration,
• Plan design,
• Benchmarking,
• Data & Analytics
• Financial Analysis
• Product development, and
• Implementation. 

In addition to consulting with clients, Tom is the Wisconsin Health and Benefits Market Leader.  Prior to joining Willis Towers Watson in 2005, he was a health care consultant at with another consultancy in Lincolnshire, Illinois for seven years.

Education and Credentials

Tom holds a B.A. degree in business administration from St. Norbert College and an M.B.A. degree from DePaul University.
