Todd Ingves is Vice President, Health and Well-Being, at The Board of Pensions of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), a nonprofit denominational church benefits plan. He has more than three decades of benefits experience, having served in a variety of leadership roles, including service delivery, technology implementation, and medical plan design and funding.

In his current role, Todd is committed to offering high-value health benefits that meet the needs of participating members and employers as they navigate an increasingly complex and challenging healthcare environment.

Todd is an active participant in the Church Benefits Association (CBA) and currently serves as chair of the CBA Highmark Coalition and co-chair of the CBA Pharmacy Benefit Manager Coalition where he represents not only the Board’s interests, but those of all participating church plans and the members they serve.

Todd lives in southern New Jersey with his wife and two daughters and enjoys playing music, fishing, and whatever his daughters are into at the moment.
