TODD GRANGER, Managing Director, Northeast Region Leader Health & Benefits and Middle Market Leader Health, Wealth and Careers

Todd has profit and loss responsibility for the Northeast Region within WTW’s Health & Benefits business.  He is accountable for nearly 400 colleagues that span three markets stretching from New England to Pennsylvania and across Ohio.  In addition, Todd is the Middle Market Leader for our Health, Wealth and Careers (HWC) segment.  In this role, Todd is responsible for accelerating the revenue growth of our middle market segment across the businesses that comprise WTW’s Health, Wealth and Careers segment.

Todd specializes in the design and implementation of health care strategy for employers with greater than 3,000 employees.  He has a broad background working with clients within several industry sectors including but not limited to manufacturing, financial services, health care, and higher education.
