Tina Gilbert (she/her) is the Vice President of Employer Offerings and MLT’s Chief Advisory Officer, responsible for delivery of client project engagements and the development of Opportunity and Access leading practices and client insights.  Tina brings 10 years of dedicated Inclusion and Engagement Leadership, 15 years of Strategic Consulting, and 30 years of corporate experiences across different industries and functions. Throughout her career, she has led efforts to transform organizations' operating models, business processes, and employee culture to create measurable impact. She has partnered with Business and HR leaders to design strategies and define metrics to align with talent strategies and desired business outcomes.

Prior to joining MLT, Tina was the Inclusion and Diversity Leader for two organizations, Teva Pharmaceuticals and Accolade (Healthcare Navigation and Data). As the first I&D leader at both organizations, she guided each organizations’ evolution from diversity compliance management to recognizing its value as a business imperative.  Tina also had a 15 year career with Accenture Strategy practice.  As a Managing Director, she led large transformation initiatives, business strategic planning programs, and organizational design projects.  She holds a Bachelor of Science from Spelman College, a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She is a 5 year stroke survivor and advocates for wellness and employee re-onboarding in the workplace.
