Teri Felix leads Strategic Insights and Research for Wells Fargo. In this role, Teri is responsible for integrating market, ethnographic, psychographic and behavioral information to deepen customer understanding and develop insights that shape strategies, products and the overall customer experience.

A passionate leader with wide-ranging experience leading analytical and marketing organizations in both consumer and business-to-business markets, Teri joined Wells Fargo in 2016 from Medallia, Inc., where she led marketing strategy and execution. Teri  was also the CMO at two financial services startups. Earlier in her career she worked at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., where she held a number of leadership roles including Head of Retail Marketing, Head of Institutional Marketing and Head of Marketing Analytics and Reporting.

Teri has a M.B.A. from Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Pennsylvania State University.
