Ted Lee is a Senior Principal on the Tax Investor Coverage team at Crux. Ted advises tax credit buyers and tax equity investors on commercial opportunities, transaction structuring, due diligence, and the policy and regulatory landscape.

Prior to joining Crux, Ted was Deputy Assistant Secretary for Tax Policy and Delivery at the US Department of the Treasury, where he led the implementation of the tax provisions of priority legislation including the Inflation Reduction Act and the CHIPS and Science Act. Ted previously served as Senior Advisor on the White House American Rescue Plan Implementation Team and on the leadership team at Bain & Company. Ted earned his JD from Yale Law School and BA from Yale College.
