in Benefit Advising,” Ms. Simon is a nationally respected human capital, health, and employee

benefits business executive and attorney. She has held executive leadership roles with global professional services firms including Mercer, Conduent (formerly Xerox) and Segal. Earlier in her career, Ms. Simon practiced law with McDermott Will & Emery. In addition to leading lines of business, she has overseen enterprise global markets, strategy, research, service delivery, sales, innovation, and business operations.

Ms. Simon has testified before the U.S. Congress and multiple Federal and State Government agencies on employee benefit and healthcare public policy issues impacting millions of Americans. She recently led the development of the 2030 public policy strategic plan for the American Benefits Council on behalf of the association’s membership (primarily Fortune 500 companies).

Ms. Simon serves on the Board of Directors for the Employee Benefit Research Institute, Emeriti Retirement Health Solutions, the Health Enhancement Research Organization, and the American Benefits Council. She is on the ERISA Industry Committee’s Advisory Council, an editor of the BNA Tax Management’s Compensation Planning Journal, a member of the American Bar Association, and a distinguished Fellow of the American College of Employee Benefit Counsel.
