As an Associate Director on FSG’s Corporate Transformation team, Talia leads the development of new research and insights to support employers in advancing the economic mobility of their frontline workforce. She leverages her experience in research, facilitation, and strategy to shift company practices while keeping employee needs and perspectives at the center. Talia brings nearly a decade of experience in gender equity, economic mobility, early childhood wellbeing, post-secondary education, and workforce development.

Talia joined FSG’s Corporate Transformation team after 8 years with FSG in consulting and operations roles, where she advised philanthropic, nonprofit, and corporate clients to advance equitable systems change. Before FSG, she worked as a volunteer coordinator in Ecuador and held operations roles in the private sector. Talia has a bachelor’s degree in international studies with a focus on Latin America and the environment from the University of Washington.
