Sven Skillrud is currently the Vice President, Total Rewards & People Solutions at NIKE, Inc. Nike is one of the most recognized names in the world and comprised of the Nike, Jordan and Converse brands.   

Prior to joining Nike, Sven was the Vice President, Total Rewards & HR Operations at Baxter International Inc. Baxter provides a broad portfolio of essential healthcare products. Before that, he was the Vice President, Total Rewards at TransUnion. TransUnion completed a successful initial public offering in June 2015 and is a leading risk and information solutions provider to businesses and consumers with a global presence in over 30 countries. Previously, Sven was the Sr. Director, Executive and North America Compensation & Global Mobility at Mondel?z International, Inc., one of the world’s largest snacking companies, and was the Sr. Director, Executive Compensation at Time Warner Cable Inc. in Charlotte, North Carolina. Earlier in his career, he was a Senior Associate Attorney at Godfrey & Kahn, S.C. in Milwaukee, Wisconsin focusing on tax, securities, executive compensation, and employee benefits matters.

Sven received a B.B.A., with honors, from the University of Wisconsin and a J.D., cum laude, from Marquette University Law School.  He is also a faculty member with the WorldatWork and volunteers his time as an instructor with The Honor Foundation.
