Suwah Tobah is the Head of Organizational Development for Google Cloud Business. She partners with Cloud leaders and teams to define and effectively land enterprise change and transformation efforts to unlock the full potential of the company’s performance and health.

Throughout her career, Suwah has led organizational change and transformation initiatives across the Agriculture & Risk Management, Healthcare, Retail, and now Tech industries. Prior to Google, she was an Organizational Development Practitioner at Intel where she advised and guided C-Suite executives through their leadership and large scale organizational changes.

Suwah holds a Masters in HR and Change Leadership with an emphasis in Organizational Development; a Bachelors in International Business, and is a certified Executive Coach via the Hudson Institute of Coaching.

After migrating to the United States in 1991, her family settled in Minneapolis – where she now calls home. Since moving to Silicon Valley, Suwah spends working with different community agencies to empower young adults. Outside of work, she spends her time with family and traveling.
